Helicopter Flight Training

Leading Edge Aviation is located on Bend Municipal Airport in beautiful Bend, Oregon. Here at LEA we specialize in training professional pilots as well as the private owner. We train in the Robinson R22 & R44 and we also offer turbine training in the Bell 206.

Leading Edge has a well-established reputation in avionics and maintenance. Our knowledgeable maintenance staff works on both airplanes and helicopters. We at Leading Edge Aviation are a Factory Certified Robinson Helicopter overhaul and maintenance facility, as well as a Robinson Dealer.

Not only do we have great maintenance hangar facilities, but we also have offices, classrooms, pilot briefing rooms, and plenty of ramp space for helicopter traffic. We are always expanding our facilities and growing as a company.
