Avionics Upgrades

Many of today’s business aircraft have been in service for nearly two decades. In many cases, their airframes and engines are still performing well enough to keep them flying for decades to come. Despite their airworthiness, the outdated avionics are woefully in need of significant upgrades. In fact, the FAA will soon be mandating many safety-equipment updates.

Avionics Installations

For more than two decades, Leading Edge personnel has been upgrading the avionics systems in airplanes and helicopters. We have a great deal of experience installing: TAWS/EGPWS, TCAS/TAS, RVSM, HF & VHF communications systems, ELT, CVR, Flight Management Systems, EFIS, Air Data Computers, GPS and VHF navigation systems.

To function properly, it is critical that avionics equipment be installed correctly, and tuned to work with your specific aircraft. Our installation team has the aircraft knowledge and experience required to design and install contemporary avionics systems— from simple passenger conveniences to comprehensive system installations.
