We insist on pre-purchase technical inspections— whether buying an aircraft for our inventory, a leasing fleet, or for our clients. Inspections are critical to establishing the value of the aircraft by determining the condition of the aircraft and all of its components. We produce a comprehensive written report as part of our inspection process.

Aircraft Valuations

We routinely assist buyers and sellers by valuing aircraft. Valuations are conducted for a number of purposes:

• Banks often require a third-party valuation as part of their lending due diligence

• Sellers need to establish a fair market value for their aircraft offerings

• Buyers factor independent valuations into their evaluation process and purchase decisions

• Valuation is a key component to the leasing process
